Distributed worldwide by France tv distribution, this program, produced by Mother Production (Call my Agent), will be launched at the Series Mania Forum, taking place in Lille, from March 24 to 26, 2026.
Synopsis
As François Mitterrand's second term draws to an end, he finds himself a president under siege, battling attacks from every direction, even from within his own ranks. Amidst the turmoil, he reflects on four pivotal moments that have defined his political and personal journey. From his early days in the French Resistance to the Élysée wiretapping scandal and the revelation of his double life, Mitterrand's story is one of unwavering political commitment and a life shared between two women.
