France tv distribution is delighted to announce the launching of the international distribution of the series THE ONES LEFT BEHIND. 

Distributed worldwide by France tv distribution, this program, produced by Rita Productions, will be launched at the London TV Screenings, taking place in London, from February 22 to 27, 2026.

Synopsis

Based on real events.

Struggling with postpartum depression, Tania decides to reconnect with her mother Christine, a former foster child with a painful past. Together, they delve into social services archives and discover that Rose, Christine's mother, died under suspicious circumstances. What was supposed to be a quest for identity turns into a perilous investigation, where each discovery brings them closer to danger. Who was Rose really? Why was her death covered up? And what are they willing to risk to uncover the truth?
