French fiction continues to enjoy huge success beyond borders. Meanwhile, France tv distribution is busy pursuing its role in exporting original French works, promoting their international reach.

Boasting a line-up of major fiction products with proven success, France tv distribution is proud to announce its latest best-selling fiction sales:

 

  • New products and digital shows:

The hit series Call my agent! is already in 150 territories. Its 4th season (6x52' - Mon Voisin Production / Mother Production) was recently sold to the Netflix (worldwide) and Salto networks in addition to Sony in Germany and COSMO TV in Spain.

 

The digital shows aired on France Télévisions’ Slash platform are also attracting numerous buyers from all over the world. STALK (2 seasons : 10x23' - Silex Films / France Télévisions) is traveling to Italy via its RAI PLAY platform, to Belgium on Proximus and RTL, to Germany via Sony and WDR One, to South Korea on NAVER Series On, and to French-speaking Canada via Radio-Canada's ICI.Tou.Tv platform. The show was also previously bought by GSN, for the Russian platform START.
As for Derby Girl [10x22' - Noon (Kabo Productions)], distributor BETA Film has bought the rights for Germany, Scandinavia and Russia. The series is also being aired on Belgium’s RTL.

  • Our crime fiction collection:

Crime fiction is still just as popular as it ever was. France tv distribution’s rich line-up of fictions in this genre has given it a solid footing in Europe and a growing presence on the US market.

 

The Mary Higgins Clark collection [8x90' - Storia TV (Europacorp)] has been sold to Germany’s WDR Mediagroup and France’s Polar+, and 7 of the episodes have been taken up by Swiss-Italian broadcasting organization RSI.

 

Criminal Games (27x90' - Escazal Films) is now in Germany, via Sony and WDR One, and in Poland, on Romance TV Polska.

The Captain Marleau (24x90' - Passion Films) show has been sold to Disney Italy and to NBCUniversal International Networks (NBCUIN) for its channels in Spain (Calle 13), Poland (13 Ulica) and the Balkans (DIVA). Also, new episodes of Murder in are coming to NBCUIN's Calle 13 in Spain and Hungary’s TV2. The “Perfect Crimes” collection (22x52' - Elephant / Ango / JLA / Episode Prod / France tv studio / GMT) has been bought up by the regional Spanish channel ETB.

 

Similarly, Fox Portugal has bought the “Perfect Crimes” collection, Alex Hugo (18x90' - France tv studio), Captain Cherif (60x52' - MakingProd), the "Murder in" collection and Bright Minds (8x52' - JLA Productions). The latter has also been sold to VRT in Flanders, along with Criminal Games (Season 2).

 

Meanwhile, four series have traveled to the US, on MHZ: the "Murder In" collection, Captain Marleau, Criminal Games and the “Perfect Crimes” collection.
